How it works

If you have a vessel, cruise ship or yacht, that will be doing an itinerary, we are the ones that can prepare your shore excursions programme, according to your company/operation requirements. 
You can be a shipowner that doesn’t need a shore excursions department all the year in-house, you can be a charter that runs one or two cruises from time to time, or someone else; we are here to act as your in-house Shore Excursions Department in whatever you need.
ABT – Ana Bespoke Tours is not a tour operator, we carefully choose and hire the best available tour operators in each destination, therefore we will be working on your behalf to defend your interests, such as increase revenue, reduce complaints, at all times aiming for a high-level operation.

On top of knowing most destinations and having the experience of what works and does not, we know ships and their operational needs inside out, such as tenders, visas, extreme care for safety, how to run a smooth disembarkation and much more.
